Regulamin: Purchase proposal
- The "Purchase Suggestion" form is intended for all users of the Pedagogical Library in Radom (Grójec branch) website and is used to submit requests for books and periodicals that are not currently in our collection.
- Zgłoszenie „Propozycji zakupu” powinno zawierać następujące dane dokumentu: imię i nazwisko autora, tytuł, oraz opcjonalnie rok i nazwę wydawcy (w polu uwagi - postać fizyczną dokumentu).
- When filling out the form, the user is required to provide their personal details: full name and an email address to which a response will be sent, indicating whether the submission has been accepted for processing. This information will be used solely for the purpose of corresponding with the user who submitted the request.
- A user submitting a "Purchase Suggestion" form is required to check whether the publication they are seeking is already included in the Integro catalog of the Pedagogical Library in Radom (Grójec branch). Requests for publications that are already part of the collection of the Pedagogical Library in Radom (Grójec branch) will not be processed.
- The Pedagogical Library in Radom, Grójec Branch, reserves the right to reject an application at any stage of its processing; the user will be notified of this via electronic means.
- There is no minimum or maximum timeframe for processing requests, nor is there a limit on the number of requests that can be submitted.
